About This Doll/Figure

Formerly (before becoming one of my characters), this doll/figure was: an Integrity Toys Ancient Legends: The Quest for the Magical Amulet, Queen Adora (2004).  (The wig that came with her now belongs to Channing.)

Hybrid/OOAK Status: I haven’t made any changes to her. Actually, that’s not entirely true. I rebodied her and then realized that the body I used was too far off on her skin tone, so I put her back onto her original body and now I am trying to find an articulated one that matches better.

 

GetMeStarted

As a kid, I dearly loved my Barbies and I played with them for hours on end. During those years, I also enjoyed watching my mom's "stories" (soap operas) with her, and I grew to love the soap genre. Now I’m a grown woman in my 50’s. In 2012, I began collecting and photographing Barbie dolls and other 6th scale dolls and action figures and I have fallen in love with making dioramas and using my dolls to tell my own "stories".
